I think if Frank is invited to return to Chelsea , he will go.
His house is in London, family in London.
He got sacked unfairly by Abromovich.However he has been given another chance by Moshiri, Everton, the fans.

lol Lampard is not going to be in consideration for the Chelsea job. He has yet to prove himself here. Its not out of the realm of possiblity that some day he is a top 6 manager but not even close yet. Few things go against us and he could be sacked here
