Yet another dismal away day for Everton sadly. Our away record going back the last few years is appalling.

I really do want Frank to succeed here, but that was a very poor performance today. Still though this is a team, that stayed up by the skin of it's teeth last season. So i suppose we can't expect miracles.

Setup was fine because we have Neal Maupay and Demz G up top; players that are championship level at best

You do know that teams push further forward because they know there isn’t a threat there. So they afford more spec and naturally push up.

That tends to happen if you choose to put all your eggs in the basket of a player who cant get on the pitch and a player as limited as Maupay.
