Hate chopping and changing all the time but this is only heading one way. Not sure he’s the answer.
I guess my take would be, what's the question? Is he the guy to lead Everton back to top of table finishes and trophies? Maybe (probably) not. Is he the guy who can probably get EFC back to some stability, clear out year and years of bad leadership and culture and wasted wages, and return the club to something that someone else can then take forward? I still think so.

I know it's harsh, but the club is not a top manager away from high level success. Not even close. The issues are too deeply rooted.

By no means in Lampard out but really opened my eyes with his decision to go out the cup early and play that team.

Keeping Doucoure, who is one of the worst footballers we've seen and Davies stay on so long.

By not starting Coady and Tarkowsky he quite clearly did not value this competition, when the fans are crying out for a trophy, any trophy think this was a little disrespectful

I think we'll be 4th from bottom going into the WC.

The club will have a decision to make whether to stick with this manager.

For me, the problem can be rectified, but only by spending £40-£50M in January on a completely new attacking force.

If the cash isn't there then it doesn't matter what manager we have. We've gone.

He needs to sort something out and quick.

You watch us play and there is absolutely nothing in the way we play to how we played under any of the other terrible managers that have been sacked before him.
