Well saidThere is no choice up front and that's where we are falling down badly.
We need an attack urgently not a managerial change urgently.

O'Neill looks a good prospect. I dont know why B'mouth dont stick with him.Fair enough still doesn’t excuse getting ousted twice badly by a nobody caretaker manager
Villa's player all downed on Slippy to be fair. Was plain to see.
He bee-lined straight for him at the final whistle. Connor, put a brave face on for this... pretty gutless.

That is why he should have had the balls to start the likes of Cannon and Mills right away instead of soldering on with the two dummies he brought in.
No let's sack another oneLampard is a great up and coming manager who just got destroyed 7-1 by a younger manager with the fraction of the experience of Frank and a team that spends about 20% of what we have.
HE
JUST
NEEDS
MORE
TIME
All I keep hearing about is how we’ll be signing strikers in January, so I’d really love to know where we’re going to get these players from. Anybody?Short memories here:
Lampard took over a mess. He kept his nerve and got us safe. The club sold Richarlison, a player he;d have wanted to retain, obvioulsy.
His biggest fault for me was being too loyal to Calvert-Lewin and not spending what we had on a couple of new strikers...something he'll have to do in January.
People need to get a grip and stop behaving like 'kin brats. This is easily recoverable. There's 23 games of the season left and we'll easily get the 26 points we need to get safe with even a half decent striker / bang average striker.
I'd keep him because I don't think he's the problem with the club and I don't think there's anyone available that would be interested in us who do any better with the wretched gang of frauds we have for a team. I'm against change for changes sake. If there's someone else available who is objectively miles better then Lampard then lets by all means go for it but there isn't because no half way decent manager would even look at us twice.Tell me why anything, why you would keep him?
Results rubbish.
Football rubbish
Position in the league rubbish
Stats are rubbish.
I don't want to keep changing managers , but i will not defend just stay with the current one when I can see the state of the crap he constantly put up as football management.
Not sure about that. Frank just made him look like Prime PepO'Neill looks a good prospect. I dont know why B'mouth dont stick with him.
Kind of agree, but worrying between them they passed McNeil and Maupay, plus did not see the sense of getting £50million in for Gordon, all shocking decisions. How many players could we have bought on Klarna like McNeil or we’re available when Dom got injured again though?
We spent our budget sorting defence and midfield which almost relegated us last season.
Unfortunately now our attack is relegation standard but you can’t blame Frank or Thelwell for this mess of a squad after one window
