I'm not opposed to United losing, but this wasn't really their fault, the back line was way too f*cked even before the game. De Laet has the potential to be a good player (got called up for Belgium last year but I reckon that has more to do with our manager at the time than his football skills) but he isn't ready, and Fletcher and Carrick aren't defenders. I say shame on Fulham for not making more than 3.

Capello should be thinking about Zamora, in my opinion. He's earned a look. I think Dempsey's form this year has been the difference on that team. He's doing a great job of managing that midfield and creating opportunities for Zamora & company up top.

God knows why Bullard left them for Hull.

He wanted more money than what Fulham wanted to pay (35-40K a week I believe?). I love the guy but with his injury record and age you can't make him one of your 3 highest paid players.
