Our attacking play is awful summed up when Dominic Calvert-Lewin had 25 yards to run in to and Gordon smashes 60 yards to their keeper

Defended well. Didn't look like scoring after half time. Think we are trying to steal results on the break. But we've not got enough going forward. This is no mystery and I expect it to be improved January.

We normally lose at most away grounds. It's not something new.

It's not a great result but its not a bad result either.

We were a little unlucky in the Utd, Spurs, Newcastle run and got no points. All of those teams have continued having good results against other teams.

We deserved the win against Palace, and ground a point today.

My feeling is that we are playing better than last season, but we are having to mainly rely on results at Goodison. If we beat Leicester and draw away at Bournemouth we will have done well. Eight points from Palace home, Fulham away, Leicester home and Bournemouth away would be good.

We used to almost always lose to Fulham away. I think we broke the jinx the weekend before the cup final v Chelsea which feels like a couple of years ago. But wasn't. Think they have an equally appalling record at Goodison

Think we are trying to win on break away but keep it tight. Then use the crowd at Goodison to push on.
