Lampard needs to punish Gordon and sit him on the bench. His performances are just not good enough.

I don't agree with the punishment part, yet he should not be starting next week based on this performance alone without considering some other poor games.

He has talent, however for whatever reason this season he has been way below the standard we need. McNeil should be starting ahead of him.

Sick of games where we completely cede the initiative for extended spells, more like entire halves.

We don't even give ourselves a 2 minute spell giving the opposition something to think about.
