I don't agree with the punishment part, yet he should not be starting next week based on this performance alone without considering some other poor games.

He has talent, however for whatever reason this season he has been way below the standard we need. McNeil should be starting ahead of him.

Agreed, some time on the bench may do him good. Maybe the hype and pressure have got to him.
