With apologies to any serious teachers in here, it’s the teachers who are both allowing and promoting this nonsense.

Funny how when things look dodgy it's the fault of teachers and when things go well it's because of the school. Would it be a further waste of time to say, once again, that it is normally the other way round ...

Remember in the 1980s when you weren't allowed to call a blackboard black anymore and weren't allowed to sing baa baa black sheep, IT WAS MADE UP...use your brain and not your bigotry
I had a verbal warning a few years back while doing some office cleaning cover for Sandwell Council for using the phase "black bin bags. And I know for a fact that the Ba Ba black sheep is true as our Black Janitor went up to his sons school to complain about it as his son came home and asked his Dad why he couldn't sing it anymore

The Torygraph printing a story to bait out the gammons, Pete taking it hook, line and sinker.

Yep, which is why they do it. Distract, make people angry about lies look they've changed the name to Fairytale of New York !!!! Gammony types who fall for the right wing "woke wars" are utter whoppers.

I blame that Prudential advert from the 90's "I want to be... a tree" went completely unchallenged and look, my postman's a 3 piece suite.

That is people misinterpretating rules not blanket policies...

controversy emerged over changing the language of "Baa Baa Black Sheep" in Britain from 1986, because, it was alleged in the popular press, it was seen as racially dubious. This was based only on a rewriting of the rhyme in one private nursery as an exercise for the children there and not on any local government policy.
