G.O.T. Fantasy Premier League 23/24

I’ve made a league for anyone interested in the fantasy euros game. See euro thread. It’s similar to fpl

So that's a wrap on the season lids.

Finished on 82 all out, cracked the top 100k and finished at 96.640k.

In all honesty should have prob done better, but life gets busy and i kind of phoned it in between Jan to March with different bits going on.

Lessons learned, just that, its a long consistent game and to really do well you have to be on point most weeks which is tricky as a lot can happen in the 10 odd months. Also for me my wild cards - im a horrific user of wild cards especially the first, it usually causes more damage then good or i just end up with the the template, i think maybe i need t learn to be ok with loosing the wild card if im in a good spot, in truth i prob would have been better off not having any wildcards this year.

So that's it until Aug, you'd expect lads like Foden, Palmer, Gordon, Solanke and Watkins will get a bump, whether they will still be worth it will be thing, but it will be about picking the next break out and seeing whose on the move who can offer value.

So Congratulations to the winners across the G.O.T. Leagues - some brilliant performances:

Alexander Lynskey- itsagrandoldteam- won the GOT league with a score of: 2626

Meagher 94 - Make it look Eze- won the Lid League (Three in a row i think) with a score of: 2505 - Really pushed this year!

I - Boycott PL Sponsors! - won the Kev Vs Brands Head to Head League.

aa zak - Ind. Regulator NOW- Won the Crystanbull (No R.S) League with a score of: 2511

Must start a new thread and renew the leagues when it launches - believe it goes live this afternoon.

Just saw some of the changes for the year.

You can store up 5 free transfers now instead of just 2.

There is a new mystery chip - no one seems to know what that is and it unlocks in January.

How they calculate bonus point will be different, now getting fouled, goal line clearness and a few other things are going to count toward bonus points.
