Off the pitch, we're hopeful of having a spade in the ground early next year which means we're still on course for the 2022 date for the stadium.
On the pitch, a combination of reckless spending, poor sales (selling our best players) and poor management over the past five years has seen us stagnate.

Edit: Which is true. We do need to be more efficient. It doesn't mean not spending. It means not spending £50m on dross.

We have no idea what that amount is and the figures he's throwing around regarding naming rights and private funding aren't nailed down.
500 million is the figure they threw out last season. We still have no new information regarding how we are paying for this.
Well, £500m is the figure. He's forecasted £350m from the private sector. Do the maths?
