More to do with the £250m comment?
A huge chunk of that is on transfers and wages alone.

I hope to be wrong mate...but, where Everton's concerned, the last 30 years of following them has taught me a lot about the futility of hope. We'll see mate.
The forecast was always 2022, it has been for the last two years. We're on course for that...
Agree to disagree. We have our best 'squad' in quite a while - in terms of overall quality. We still have a heck of a lot of work to do, like.
So the stadium financing breaks down as equity (presumably from Moshiri) of £350, naming rights £50m and £350m debt. Given both West Ham and Tottenham has been unable to secure a name sponsor for their stadium, I wonder if this will be the key to getting the work started. Otherwise the numbers don’t work, unless there’s a bridging loan from somewhere.
Still a museum thoughHe has spent £250m. Trying to turn us into a competitive outfit.
The people he has given it to have, mostly, not spent wisely.
Like, that's factual.
But he will catch up next year.Moshi talks in non-sequiturs ... his conclusions are divorced from his pre-narratives
I don't think any of these current board member will be around when Everton win the premier league in our 52k seated stadium in 2061
Agree to disagree.

I might just sneek in.. !Unless Cryogenic’s have become more affordable, I doubt very much that I will be either Frank
Nah, I'm fairly sure it was last AGM that they revealed that they were looking for other funding besides the city council because the costs had gone up 66%We haven't known for a year that it wasn't coming from the council? I'm sure it was only this time last year that we confirmed the council plan, wasn't it?
