This "Brands on the board" thing: it's just them looking to throw a lot of chaff up in the air to keep people distracted with. The circus rolls on with another bit of nonsense to mask the fact that this lot haven't got a 'kin clue what they're doing on or off the pitch.

They really are a contemptible bunch of grotesques.
Thats probably the nicest you have been about them. New year, new you.

I would say im surprised and baffled by the negativity and the moaning in this thread cause as far as im concerned, it was a positive AGM, but then you look at the names and its all the usual tedious people chatting the same wham.

Same shabite, different day.
Can't blame people for having doubts.

But when you ask what they want, the answer is (usually, not always) just 'more than this'. Or, 'sell Gana'.

It’s so funny so many people at the club with there heads up there bums. The owner, the manager, the chairman and now the director of football. Financially the club are going forward so they will all be happy but on the pitch we aren’t going forward. Brands is silly saying we don’t need any players in the January window coz we all know we do

Not at all. I'm actually not unconvinced about his financial commitment to the club anymore, and I don't think he's an asset stripper.

Rather I'm concerned about his lack of knowledge about football combined with his ego. I'm concerned that he won't delegate power properly and we could become a circus.

I'd prefer to see less of him and more from knowledgeable mouthpieces on his behalf, because the more I see of him, the more worried I get about the long term.
Moshiri has been a parody of himself and a circus if you will will ever since that first jim white interview, where he basically showed every single everton supporter and anyone else interested in our business that he is utterly clueless about what he has gotten in too. some of his quote were absolutely laughable.

I have not seen one thing since that makes me change my opinion. my only hope was that marcel brands would come in and stop all this nonsense surrounding Moshiri and get us running much more professionally. with tonights announcement it makes me worried where we are heading. another yes man on the Moshiri train.

Too right mate.

How entitled are that lot for expecting them to actually report some progress as far as financing the stadium a year on from them announcing the cost went up 66% and the city council wasn't funding it?

The nerve of it when the club have taken care of everything and done such an outstanding job.

This thing is going to build itself. Piece of piss when we have the best of the best in charge of the club.
