I knew that there was a clause that if he played a certain number of games for us, there was a very nominal fee.

That's not true. There is a clause that if all parties agree (i.e. Barca let him out on loan again) then we get preferential treatment, so basically he'd come back.

If he plays in 50% or more of our games, we don't pay any loan fee to Barca.

Think this is just based on old quotes from Martinez. A bit misleading. No reason why it couldn't be extended though, I can't imagine him being in the Barca first team just yet, it's not like they're struggling up front.

I think both Gerrard and Barry will be with us again next season. It's why I don't get as arsy as some about having 3 important players on loan. Lakaku prob not but you never know!
