Gutted, think he could have torn defences up in Europe next season, honestly don't think he'll be a regular starter for Barca though!

Maybe we can try and strike up a deal with Barca, take one of their B team on loan every season.

Anyway, he may not be coming back but he can't take away that beautiful strike at the Emirates, thank you for that one moment of genius Gerry
 
Two good players for every position. Now we have 3 wide players. Another is needed be it on loan or permanently.

Has only started about 3 matches though, mate. Not to mention having to build fitness mid-season, a proper pre-season will do him a world of good.
 
McGeady is essentially a new player now. Not in the "he's like a new signing" sense but he was brought over early, he was only supposed to be arriving this summer. He now knows the team, knows our style and is up to scratch fitness wise. From day 1 next season he can be judged on his performances without bias or exception.

Looks a tricky, outside the box thinker type player. Can be great when it's on, can be infuriating when you need the simple move. A bit like Mirallas, actually.

wasn't knocking him. nothing wrong with his performances, but there's no guarantee he's going to provide us with goals. if we get a striker who scores the same amount as lukaku this season, we need wingers to chip in with a few more to improve on this season just gone.

Fair enough, I reckon him and Kev will be our league starters next season, though. With Pienaar and a loan signing for Europe.

The thing that hurt us the most was having no strikers at 1 point, not the lack of goals from wingers.
