Spot on LL, will do him good to be rested because there will be a game soon where everything that Lennon touches doesn't turn to gold like it currently is and Del will be fresh as a daisy to come in.
Great to have real genuine competition and made up for Lennon because he's probably been a bit hard done by for minutes (not starts) this season.

Yes no coincidence that the the position in our team we have genuine competiton with a seasoned top pro in his prime & a first class youngster is yeilding results we need more competion across positions right wing & left back aside were not particularly competitive.

Best thing about Lennon right now is Martinez starting him.
He can probably understand why del was ahead of him so all I want to see now is him starting because he has earnt it.

Has benching Deulofeu made us more solid?
Having Lennon and Cleverley as your wing pair over the vast majority of pairs out there will make you more solid I reckon. Not necessarily a slight on Del, he's put in about as much of a shift as you'd expect from your average winger.
