His best form for us have always come when he has had a run of games. He is a confidence player and when he is only getting 15/20 minutes here and there it's difficult for him to build that momentum.

Needs to improve his fitness/work rate and for a moment to turn in his favour, goal or assist, to boost his confidence again.

Even if he doesn't score again all season they will because someone will spunk out the money for him. If you are someone like Norwich, Boro or NUFC next year and your mission will just to be stay up you'd gladly pay 12-15M for a guy who will be an absolute terror for about 1/4 of the matches he plays and help you get to around 10 wins.

I completely disagree. He (yet again) took an age to deliver the ball, its like his ego tells him he has to beat a man before before releasing it, all I could see was the forwards resetting their runs.

Not a PL player and never ever ever will he be.

A sad indictment of modern football that Deulofeu gets absolutely destroyed for 'not tracking back' etc. yet half of our team are plodders with half his talent yet nothing is said against them.

Koeman should be doing all he can to coax the brilliant talent out of this lad. He's shown he's the best crosser at the club, can beat a man with ease and opens the game up from number 10 more than any other player we have there. Instead though once again it's he doesn't run enough blah blah blah and I have to watch Cleverley Barry and McCarthy toil away.

One day there'll be 11 robots running in straight lines at each other in the premier league and the same lot of fans will still be clapping them. Natural footballers are killed off in this league and English fans in particular seem to despise them. Our national team and media have destroyed Barkley and Wilshere whilst drones like Dier and Henderson are worshipped.

It's rubbish football and I hate watching it. Players like Deulofeu are the reason fans go to the game for those flashes of excitement not to watch midfield battles of 6 crabs go at it to see who can bumble home a 1-0.
