I think that after Sevilla he's a better player. He went there expecting to be an important player and from december on was left out of the squad every single game.
 

He seems more effective when he distributes the ball quickly. He needs others to see the quick runs and he will respond. When he dwells on the ball too much he usually loses it.

I think it might have done him the world of good too. A year sitting on the bench thinking about his future might have been the best thing for him.
Even Deulofeu more or less said the same thing himself. The thing is also the boy can pass.
