How do you post them?

I've just about mastered pics and videos but I've still no idea how to post a gif.

I've lived with my ignorance for years hoping someone else would ask but I'm just going to stand up for anyone else who is silently baffled.

I've stuffed sawdust into my phone and threw rice at the screen but against all odds I remain gifless.

If you can post a picture then posting a .gif is no different.

Insert image / By URL /

and then paste in the images URL. Make sure it's the actual image URL and not the page or something like that.

Do a google image search for the gif



Left click on the image to open it and then right click on the image and choose 'copy image address'

Then do the below








Then paste the image address that you copied from google into that and insert, job done.

It just says image cannot be loaded from the passed link.

Thanks for trying guys but it looks like it is was never meant to be.
