I did mention 2 players who we should sign or aim for similar quality and types in Neves (guile and playmaking) and Ndombele (all action) who can both play DM or CM.
I think we do need 1 more player (after signing Gomes) who can rotate in/out and interchange positions with something different to what we have currently.
Would cost a lot of money but would complete our central area + we still have Davies, Baningime and Vlasic to bring through.
Its all about depth and quality.

The idea of Neves would be amazing but do you not think that maybe he is just a bit above us at the moment? if he was for sale i could see some really big clubs both here and in Spain trying to sign him. Ndombele might be a more realistic signing, but i still reckon some big clubs will come in for him as he's a really good player, another option also at Lyon might be Lucas Tousart, good strong DM and can play further forward, and only 21 years old.

Not at all. Hes from a weaker team and, like us has a portuguese manager -- this may sway him into joining.
At his age he went from a top side in portugal to wolves in the championship so its about career progression.
Hes a little bit different to what we have in the centre already.
Lyon have some class young central players.
He went to Wolves cos Mendes told him to, Mendes will not be telling him to go to Everton Zat.

I don't think Neves is the right man for us, I would prefer somebody like Torreira who is like Gueye but a lot better on the ball (somebody in the Veratti mould)

He is class...different players though.
The RS had Mascherano Alonso and Gerrard...we have Gana Gomes and Sigurdsson.
Torreira would be our Mascherano and Neves our Alonso...
I wanted Neves for years + Torreira since we were 1st linked a year or so ago.
