Right you are. The whole starting a conversation thing is simple enough mate - click on your profile, and you should see the option there. Just click on the button, pick your desired recipient, and away you go.

You was engaged in conversation yesterday though fam, as per the screenshot? I feel like I've been sent on a wild goose chase here when I'm trying to do someone a favour, and that just doesn't sit right with me.

Hey @Bungle . Not a wild goose chase. I was in 'conversations'(inside INBOX) trying to work out how to send message. It doesn't give me any option to 'start a conversation'. It gives me 'starred' ,'conversations started' etc BUT no option to 'start'. Maybe as I am a newbie, the option is not there yet. Will have another look through my profile like @Naisy'sCharitableLeanings mentioned. Bare with me. Cheers.

btw @Bungle . I have received a message in my inbox and I have replied to that person(regarding something else) BUT I just cannot set up the initial sending of the message. I will try and get in touch with admin and see if there is an issue. Thanks for your patience.

@Tubey is probably your best bet on the admin side, he deals with any technical issues.
