Look at the work involved in just one of the fixings for the 'graphics panel'
Each fixed point to the stand has had a 24" square hole cut out of, and in to, the existing steel and brickwork. Every support bar has several fixings to the stand. It will all require exact detail of fixing due to H&S requirements in relation to the age, and condition, of the stand. Can't just slap it to the side and cross ye fingers. H&S are VERY obvious and VERY active on site, as they should be (waves at the gym quilt), and snags are inevitable with a project that size on a building that dated.

The blue panelling on both the main and parkend stands is viable from the Wirral now doesn't half stand out from a distance
