They need to clean/replace the sheeting. No point doing all this and leaving that looking like a 46 year old conservatory roof thats never been washed.
Who say's that they won't be?

'So Mr Farhad, what do you think of the facelift?'

'Looks great apart from those dirty plastic bits.'

'Shall we sort them out too?'

'Nah, leave them yano. I've spent loads on getting the place looking respectable but let's just leave it there.'

Do you reckon they need replacing or just a simple jet wash?
Not possible mate. Plastic turns yellow because of the light, clear plastic turns yellow right through.
Plus the surface weathers and breaks down, allowing pollutants to penetrate, and so makes it impossible to clean back to new.
