Rafael will be at the olympics for a couple of weeks from 8 months, he's their first choice RB
Felliani is well priced and a guaranteed starter, can see him playing further forward exactly as he finished last season
Cleverley may be a rotation option, that's why there is a Fantasy squad of 15 players to select from
Valencia (see Rafael) he's their key player. Look how many points he scored in half a season last year
Lukaku will be starting week in week out on loan at Fulham

But, it's my opinion, hopefully everyone won't select the same side as me.
