If it were the only HIAC match on the card i'd agree with it main eventing, but when there are 3 the crowd are just gonna be burnt out so they might as well put Reigns/Rusev on last and let the crowd crap on that cause that's probably what they're gonna do anyway.
Rather than risk ruining a pretty important match for the women.

I think the argument Vince is going for is that it would be a pretty big deal having a women's match as a ppv main event and they've not built it up as such. Which I can understand to be fair.

Yeah i think Vince is right, if it does main event it should have been promoted as such, but i'm assuming the 2 mens matches have had similar if not more build up.
Doesn't matter too much these days what match goes on last for the men but for the women its an historic match, should never have put 2 other cell matches on the same show really, just overkill.

I've never been much of a fan of PPV's being named after match types bar the Rumble to be honest.

I liked some of the old In Your House names. Generic on it's own but the tag lines that reflected the main event made them stand out, "good friends, better enemies", "beware of dog" and all that.
This one could have been :WWE IN YOUR HOUSE 116 "Caged Heat" or something.

I like that the PPV is named after the gimmick match...but only when it's the main event.....HIAC should be a special attraction, one match once a year....instead they've spoiled it by having 3 in one night....
BTW, Mick Foley also ruined this match by doing sh*t no one else can possibly match without crippling or killing themselves....

The women will headline a PPV soon enough, but will mean more when the timing is right.....right now, I don't think there's enough heat in this feud to pull it off tonight...
On a side note....next time WWE has Charlotte red hot as a heel (as she was when she ditched Ric Flair), maybe don't have Stephanie bury her the following week on Raw, and cut the legs off the women's division just to make Stephanie relevant

The women's HIAC build up has been shocking. It feels like they're just to say it's been done. They've added no extra resentment between Sasha and Charlotte in the last month. All to do with 'making history' as opposed to actually not liking each other.
This women's revolution is wearing thin on me. Although Charlotte's moonsault off the cell would be the greatest thing ever.
