Hi GOT.


I recently went Gold, mainly for the mug...but so far got no feedback as to how i'm supposed to receive it.

What's the process normally? Any chance I can still get one? I live in Germany, but my family's in England if yous only post within UK.

Never got mine @GrandOldTeam - i think it did arrive but i wasn't home, so the postie left it at the local Deutsche Post but i never got any notification.

i'll pay the postage for a re-send, mate :cheers:

FFS mate - I have to actually go the post office (rather than arrange collection) and fill in a declaration form and everything to get them over to you and you can't be arsed picking it up. Pfft.

Still have the address - I'll send you it now to confirm.

We ask people to send me an address if you want one;

There's no way I can capture peoples address through the system and I'd be asking people for their address only to be told more often than not that they already have one/don't want one.

I'm trying to install something that auto sends a message to any upgrade that asks they give me a shout if they want a mug in case they didn't see it on the process above.

Yeah I realise pal no worries really, just seen this thread open and that lovely mug and it came to mind.

Best pm you my address now I've asked I suppose!

@GrandOldTeam it arrived! Check it out, you sent it on 22.06 and on 15.08 it finally got here, the "Ben." means i got a card that it's waiting for me at the local post station, picked it up a few days later...lordy knows what happens to them if the recipient doesn't get a card.

if anyone else outside UK hasn't received theirs it's probably because it's sitting in postal limbo somewhere...seems i got lucky mine arrived at all.

Massive thanks GOT, has pride of place as my teamug now :cheers:
