1. It's free, no fee and therefore only the wages will be the economical drawback.
2. He gives a tough, attacking style player that we need in the central. If Moyes wants to play with two fighting midfielders, like he has done with Neville & Carsley, he can now let Neville replace Hibbert and play with Cars and Gravesen in the centre of midfield.
I just hope he won't do a Jeffers on us and start to think he's the player we'll build the team around, like we did much of the time during the season he played his best for us.

I always said he was the best player in the world and Moyes should make him his number one priority.

After the excitement of bringing in a young gifted midfielder in the forrm of Manny we go and get an old has been on loan. I did report this in my post last night and my feelings. This IMO sucks, it never works to bring players back and it won't in this case. So as Fozzy says is this the last "big" signing, I do not know about big but it will be the last.
