From 4 min 30 on it's probably my favourite 5min of film from any era.

As others have said, the music ratchets up with the tension. The alternate wide shots and the extreme close ups, the mistrust in the eyes of all three knowing of the times they have screwed each other over earlier in the story.

It's perfect.
