A lot of my friends support Everton, and I've always had a soft spot for Cahill.

I am actually a NEwcastle fan, I was told by a friend who is a member that this was a good forum that allowed some good football discussion and people were pretty good. Being someone that's still learning the game (I've been a fan of the game since about 1994, but never really had a team, only picked Newcastle after finding out they were the Magpies in 2000, but when the local FTA TV lost the rights I had lost my ability to to watch games. I got PayTV back on in 2007 for the 2007-08 season so I've been learning more and more. Mostly through Football manager.)

I am not a troll, if you guys wish for me to leave I will do it without a fuss, much like with the AFL I like viewing other opinions on the games, some forums seem to have too many tools so you cannot really get good discussion in.

No need to leave mate. You're more than welcome, although be warned that Newcastle isn't exactly everyone's fave 2nd team on here.

It's no worries, I just thought I'd say that so I wasn't seen as a troll, I know some people take joy in going on forums and try and dish out abuse. I'm a person that loves a good chat, and banter.

Being a Collingwood supporter in the AFL I've come to be use to people not being too fond of my team haha.

Still looks like a good place to talk football though, and like I said before I do have the soft spot for the team with Timmy being apart of the side. Good mate of mine is an Everton fan, I give him a bit of stick but it's all in fun.
