Visited a whiskey distillery and the prison while we were there (co-incidental/unrelated), and learnt the eptomolgy of a few phrases: cat got your tongue, money for old rope, couple others. Sure "hangover" was one of the others, but don't remember it being anything to do with waht that article says.
