Embarrassing from Shearer, that's how he earned his penalties so I can see why he thinks it's a pen. It's clearly not a pen.

I get there is a bit of bias but people within the game genuinely have not got a clue. They are totally ignoring Armstrong grabbing the defender by his shirt at the same time.

I'll explain it to you once more, Alan.... Armstrong has initiated the contact by putting his leg where he has. His body shape was that the ball was going away from him and he's moving across to the Hungarian to draw the contact.

It looks less and less a penalty to me each time I see it.
