Van Dijk on the Ecuador goal haha awful just allows the player to shoot. He always tries to be too casual, just defend properly and that goal doesn't happen

Not any more. You're offside when you touch or play the ball from a deliberate save by the goalkeeper if you were offside from the original shot.
