So, if Italy lose to Spain but draw with Croatia, whilst Albania defeat Spain, Spain will top the group with 6, Italy will be second with 4 and Albania will be third with 4, and in with a decent chance of advancing provided results elsewhere go their way
Basically Italy's result with Spain doesn't matter so long as they draw with Croatia and Albania don't defeat Spain

Ah sound mate. Uefa really do have to complicate things rather than just leaving it at the top 2 from each group. Plus some groups harder than others making it harder for teams in those to make the top 4 best third placed sides

Who are the best younger ones you have coming through? Was reading about Baturina. Is there anyone else?
There is Sucic from Red Bull Salzburg, there a several from our league that were not even called.
Modric, Rakitic, Manduzkic and company were all given chance as young players (still playing in our league) by Slaven Bilic when he became Croatia manager almost 20 years ago, exactly stuff we need now with next generation.
Problem is our manager is not really tactician, he is like motivator and there are lot of rumors that Modric and rest of senators are selecting players, tactics etc... and he is just figurehead.
And Modric desperately want to play and is visible by everyone he just cant follow 90 minutes tempo anymore, especially with games coming every 4 days.
Ancelotti is not a fool, he knew why he played him mostly last 10-15 minutes this season, sad (for him) but its just how it is
