England are nowhere near as comfortable on the ball and lack the movement that the likes of Spain have.
Movement can be coached, or in Englands case, not coached. Spains attack is focused on getting their wingers on the ball, letting them win 1v1 and either cross or get into the box themselves. You have Foden and Saka. Having Palmer play like Pedri, rice play like Rodri, and Jude play like Ruiz is doable.

It can but it wont be coached by the national manager who only has them for a couple of days normally. Its more of a grass roots thing that.

Realistically an International manager is there to pick the squad and team. They wont be teaching a top nations players anything new.
