Canada with lots of energy and pace. Still, they lacked the quality up front, simple as that. They didnt really register a lot of shots on target. Replace that striker Larin with a decent middle of the pack Prem striker and it's a draw at least.
The quality was fine. It wasn't their day. It happens.

Tommy Rad being in that side and they probably win. A few sides lacking strikers in this tournament and it shows.
 
Could only follow the game on the BBC website on my phone as I was working, but once we missed that penalty, I had a sinking feeling it would come back to bite us on the ass.
 


Any of GOT’s resident Canadians, possibly @Efcjake, have any input on this boy?

Seems a good lad based on this video, but is he any good? Will be replacing a really, really good full back


Nothing to offer on him. Hasn't stood out in the matches I've seen, all for Canada's strength is in attacking. The defenders are very Stubbs and Weir, not really eye-catching but dependable.
