I don't get this conspiracy theory that there may be a preference for either of these teams to finish second in their group so they could avoid a possible quarter-final with Brazil.
Surely you'd rather play Japan in the next round than a dangerous Colombian side? And whose to say Brazil won't lose to Mexico? Brazil haven't exactly been superb in this World Cup to date.

It’s just something invented by the media so they have even more crap to spout.

Also don't really see how Sweden and Switzerland are so desirable. Both capable teams
 
What is Vardy for?? FFS

Theres no point playing him in a 4-4-2 and England are rubbish playing that anyway.


Swap Rashford for Sterling and play on the break and they / he would look far better than they do now, especially against a Martinez side as we all know.
