Kind of wish I didnt grow up watching the great Brazil team of the early to mid 80's. Means I find it a bit grim when I see that Brazil are just another team, don't get me wrong, they are one of the better ones but the lack of almost mythical superstars is a shame.

I think I miss the unknown of tournaments past. Brazil never held the mystique of a, say, Argentina, for me.

My heart still yearns for obscure Eastern European nations doing just enough to beat Portugal.

I miss my youth. I miss ignorance.
