Guardiola to be found out in the premier league

I will never understand why a club not being able to fill their stadium is considered some terrible thing. Their fanbase in England is very much local (much like Everton) and thus they don't pull in as many tourists as historically glamorous clubs like United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea etc. However if they dominate for another 10 years or so they will soon have a domestic and global fanbase that is in the same ball park as other big clubs in the country

Anyway, bragging about having more fans is the kind of thing glory hunters and kids do, so what if they have a smaller fanbase, are clubs with huge fanbases only allowed nice things ?

Because a certain set of fans have this narcissistic sociopathic thing going on, where they have to be seen to be better than the rest, regardless of anything. The number of alternative tables to show that they are top of something is evidence of this.

If it isn't attendance, it is pressing stats, it is headers won, it is we have a player who is the best at everything, there is always something in the media telling us that they are the best of the best in the world.

Customers like our optimist friend lap it up and believe it so they continuously and obsessively have to keep mentioning it to everybody who pretends to listen in the hope they will turn around and 'Wow, you really are the best of the best aren't you'.

What was wrong with the grass, not watered or grown to long?

I thought PL had a rule where grass could not be longer than a certain limit.

Palace were well wWorth getting something out of the game. Gallagher looks so impressive, Olise as well is a other gem of theirs.

City were 14 points clear in January but played 2 games more, their squad doesn't seem to have as much depth as previous seasons.

PL announcing today the FFP investigation that City have used delaying tactics for 3 years will continue by the PL.

Der Spiegel article today is pretty damning.

New findings from Der Spiegel and the journalism network European Investigative Collaborations (EIC) show that the holding company behind Manchester City appears to have violated the rules by paying millions in fees to player agents and also orchestrated a secret, triangular deal to sign an underage player. Numerous documents provided by the whistleblower platform Football Leaks provide a deep look at the club’s inner workings and at government agencies in Abu Dhabi – sufficient to inflict a few chinks in Man City’s juridical defensive wall.

According to information obtained by DER SPIEGEL, that investigation is focusing on three primary allegations.
1.) Underage players were allegedly pressured to sign contracts with Manchester City through monetary payments, in violation of the rules.
2.) Club sponsors in Abu Dhabi are suspected of having provided only a portion of their payments to the club themselves, with the majority apparently coming from Sheikh Mansour himself.
3.) Roberto Mancini, who is currently the trainer for the Italian national team but who spent the years from 2009 to 2013 as the trainer for ManCity, is thought to have received a significant portion of his compensation secretly by way of a fictitious consultancy contract.

"appears to" lol. Have we got a big game coming up? Usually get all this [Poor language removed] in the run up. A discredited corrupted rag running a story about nothing to appease the hordes of clowns that lap it up. Next thing you know they'll be cutting and pasting stolen e-mails together to make it look like we are cheating...wait.....what? oh they've already done that.

No time barred stipulation in PL investigations, UEFA had 5 year ones that's why CAS threw the case out as the 5 years had passed when it came to the trial.

Looks like the evidence CAS were given by UEFA but couldn't use to penalise you because of the time barred rule has been given to the PL by UEFA.

Cast iron evidence that the sponsors only gave a fraction of the money and that the State of Abu Dhabi covered the rest of it showing clear evidence a state is funding a football club, Der Speigel passed that evidence on to the PL right after CAS trial.

it's all stuff already dealt with and proven bollocks. Only sad little dippers like you are desperate for it to be true.

Anyone who spends lots of money or has loads of money at their disposal is deemed a Genius these days.

Gates, Musk, Ellison, Bezos, Zuckerberg, Guardiola.
Really like who you picked out there for this example.
A bunch of near-genius innovators to compare with the same, but in football terms.

Fantastic example really. Seeing as all of those, except Guardiola, are nobodies and nobody uses any Oracle, Apple or Microsoft products.. especially as you're typing it out using all of those people's products... lol

As if you needed more reasons to be a clown

Dealt how, the evidence wasn't sealed as they was no conclusion due to the 5 year time barred stipulation, that evidence that was compiled by UEFA for that trial is being used by the PL now.

Seems everyone bar Man City is interested in this now Mate, follows on from Laporta's comments a few days ago, looks like something is starting, maybe after Abramovich the ball is rolling.

Man U and Liverpool fans hate city and Chelsea don’t they?

Because Man U and Liverpool have so many global glory hunting bell end fans, they think this means they have a divine right to never be challenged.

Chelsea’s and Man City’s successes are looked at so bitterly aren’t they?
