I don’t get some of the criticism for this guy, yes he has off games but these are mostly when the whole team is bad. For me he is perfect for DCL, just watch his movement both in attack and defence, his leadership (he is constantly shouting and pointing to where people should be) and tactical awareness (you can see him indicating when the team presses and when it doesn’t). To me he seems very important to Silva, DCL and the team.
