I’ve been blessed/cursed that I don’t really get hangovers, but I still love a mucky scran the day after a heavy one.

Bacon butty to start with, nick whatever chocky the kids have been unwise enough not to eat yet through the middle of the day, and then finish up with either a Chinese (but not actual Chinese food, just the beige garbage they serve us) or a pizza depending on how I’m feeling.

Steady intake of abar 6 gallons of water throughout the day, obvs.

I'm struggling the juxtaposition of cockles and john, no way there's many bandidos yanquis on the shellfish after a night on the tiles.

If the aforementioned heavy one was on a Friday, then this is indeed the best solution. I’m a saint during the week, though, so out of the question if it be a Saturday you’re recoverin’ from*.

*unless you’re on holiday, at a festival or it’s a bank holiday weekend, of course.

Had a heavy one last night in the local for one of the fellas birthdays. Today I've eaten cockles, discos and some curry super noodles.

Wanted a Chinese for tea but she had one last night so I ended up getting a doner kebab from Frankiez so she could get a burger. I think kebab might be the ultimate hangover solution. Should have had one for breakfast because I've been dying all day. Already looking forward to an hour on the john tomorrow. Only time I get any peace & quiet.

I read that like a Blur Song. Yes kebab and chilli deffo sort me out, bog solitude is great..

Think it depends where abouts you are in the hangover life cycle.
Early doors (after 10:30) next day McDonalds is a good one for me.
If it’s pre 10:30 and don’t have to go to work, may as well have another pint to easy oneself into the day.
Later in the evening when I’m feeling numb, a nice spicy Chicken Jalfrezi usually does the trick.

Salt and vinegar squares, greggs sausage and bean melt and irn bru.

Original Irn Bru from a few years ago... yes! Would drink the morning after a session. Modern day Irn Bru with sweeteners is nasty.
