Happy days. Even though we’ve seen a lot of rebuilding, with the Main Stand and the Park End, it’s time to let go and move again.......

The Grand Old Lady is 126 today! Here she is in August 1892:

Attending games here since around 1963.

Yes I remember the boy's pen, and still have the physical and emotional scars to prove it.

Despite all the disasters of crap teams and managers, still spine tingling walking down Goodison Road, before the game.

We have to move to BMD, I accept all the arguments now, but it will be a very sad day when matches at Goodison come to a close.

My first visit was in March 1961 vs Fulham; we won 1-0 and me, brother and dad were sat in the Gwladys St stand....Jimmy Gabriel scored at the Park end. Many memories since then, as you say good and bad, it will be a wrench to leave such a wonderful arena. I think my best memory was that semi final vs Bayern, just for the amazing atmosphere that night, just beating the 4 League championship final games.......
