Love this. Why are all the baldies bowing their heads?
It's probably the finest match preview ever written on this forumI started one of these a few years ago and a cross mod closed the thread. Just saying.
Anyhow,

It's iconic, up there with the moon landings clip and the Zapruder film of the Kennedy assassination in terms of historical moments caught on film. One of the greatest GIFs of all time. So much going on that every time you watch it, you see something new.
Bet he cries pure vegetable oil.
Which oneI always remember the Everton writer from the Echo at the game.
LOL
Didn't they need to win by like 7 goals to stand a chance of winning the title on the final day too?
I remember they were fleecing their own for like £2,500 for a ticket because they thought it was in the bag.
They needed to win by 10 goals to claw back the goal difference on City, they were picking the ball up and running back to the centre circle when they scored the 2nd and 3rd. In trying to win a match 10-0 they ended up drawing 3-3.
You can actually see his thought process. The lad with the glasses takes a second then realises what it means haha, fat neck behind him is about to get off for a butty
