okay. so lukaku has been a hit every single season in his professional career and scored a mass volume of goals placing him above all the greatest players of the last generation.
whilst kane has been a flop at leicester and norwich, but had a good 10 months and he's all of a sudden 10 times the player? ok.

In a nutshell Kane has better technical ability. Lukaku is a physical freak.

Finishing and heading I'd give to Lukaku, you know Lukaku set the league alight when he was on loan at West Brom, everybody wanted him and West Brom were never on Spurs level as they are this season, Kane is earning his keep but he's in a much better team.
Lukaku has not been serviced properly this season simple as, and I'd never hold this season against him, he'd be scoring a shed load for Spurs no doubt if he was playing for them, we have really been poor this season, Lukaku does his fair share for very little reward as it stands.
I like Kane, but he needs to prove himself over 2/3 seasons, then put his record against Lukaku, Lukaku has already done that, he's got a great record in the Prem.

Agree. The biggest issue for Lukaku is his attitude. He already wants to move on to big clubs and play CL footie. What he should do now is to work on his first touch and show some loyalty towards the club who payed 28m for him.

It's easy to forget just how well he's done in his career already, he's a big lad and you can forget he's only 20, hell of a lot to learn and develop at that age, he's made about as good a start scoring wise as the best there is in the game at present.
I have no problem with him having ambition and wanting to play for a regular Champs League side, until we get a serious backer we can't be that, he should just keep that out of the press, he's been a little naive in that respect.
One thing about Lukaku is he is as good as anyone in this league at finishing, that's his main talent, we just haven't given him anywhere near enough chances to do that this season, he has regularly gone all game without a proper chance too many times this season, naismith is no good for him either because his link play is borderline championship level, Jon Stead at Bradford is on another level to be fair at link play to Naismith and that's the double truth.

My bad, I've read it alot too so took it as gospel, he'll have been /19/20 when he was at West Brom then, on fire that season, his record is still quality at 22 anyway.
At 21 he'd scored more than some proper names in the game, ok he scored a few in belguim/dutch leagues but I reckon those are stronger leagues than in Argentina and Brasil for Neymar and Aguero's tallies.
Not saying Lukaku's all round game is as good as those two, but as I said before, when it comes to finishing the lad is up there with the best, that's his main talent and that's what really counts for a striker.

Soldado was £13m upfront with the conditional total of £26m. Add a zero on for Kane ;-)

Add a zero?, You reckon Kane's worth £260m, lets see after 3 seasons lid, lets not get ahead of ourselves, you may turn out to be right though..
Not sure that's an Everton 'thing' as much as it's just the way football works. If a high performing player is plying his trade outside the very top sides there are always stories emerging. That said, Kane would do well to stick where he is rather than go sit on the bench of City or Chelsea.

when he came he said it was the best place for him at this moment in his career - we'd be kidding ourselves if we thought he would be here his whole career - especially with this board. all the best players want to play for the most successful teams, at least he's honest about it - not many players are. and then they end up with their shirts being burned etc.
