You sir are an idiot.

You have no idea how a restraining order works.

Who do you think starts the process of the restraining order and all that it involves.

Due to civil liberties, they aren`t an easy thing to get ( and quite rightly so ).

The police have to gather a mountain of evidence, to support a restraining order, in order to be presented before a court and for the application to be successful.

This will include, statements from the victim, any witnesses, witness statements from attending officers, any medical eveidence, evidence from housing

associations of damage to property, CCTV evidence, police logs, evidence from Social Services etc.

They are normally handled by specialist and highly trained police officers, from departments, like Family Support Units / Domestic Violence units, who work in tandem with a specialist solictor, from the CPS, who is an expert in this field of law.

They are not and easy thing to get and take a long time to get, from start to finish.
Your first 5 words would have sufficed. You’re not @catcherintherye

Explain "bizzies", is it short for summat?, not heard the word in this neck of the woods
Why do Scousers call the police Bizzies?

Bizzies - Everyone in Liverpool and the surrounding areas will know that Bizzies refers to the police. The dictionary suggests this phrase was first recorded from the early 20th Century, and probably came from the word 'busy' or 'busybody'

Cheers, I wondered if it was linked to "busybodies" or something similar

But I think we are "taught" from a young age in this region, dont grass, dont talk to the Police they are all scum.

And some Police are scum, mainly cos some people in general are scum.

Do I "trust" the Police? No, do I have love for them? Again no, but they do a public service and I shudder to think what a lawless society would look like, probably a lot like America.
