What is all the fuss about? The St George's flag is a red cross on a white background. The cross on the England shirt collar is multicoloured on a dark blue background, so doesn't represent anything in particular. Perhaps it's a clever marketing tactic by Nike, to get the outrage going/generate news items and thus free advertising. They know a lot of people are thick as mince anyway - they have to be to fork out that sort of money for a football kit lol
