Don’t think so. Just low confidence and any team starting with Myko, Coleman, Iwobi and Gray are going to be right down the bottom of the league. Probably four of the worst players in their positions in the league, can’t get away with that many passengers - particularly where they’re playing in positions meant to carry all the creative/goal threat.
Honestly I believe they are trying but they are just below average footballers with no ambition

Players look like they've checked out mentally if they were ever checked in at all. Looks to me like they've accepted the club is down. You see it year on year with relegated sides. It looks like us.

That would suggest they routinely picked up the tools.
Problem with Everton this last few seasons is that no matter the squad, there's no consistency.
No, they just can't lift themselves up. There needs to be some sort of structure and a plan for them to work from, at the moment there isn't any. I feel that a new manager with a fresh approach and fresh ideas could lift these players and get us winning games.

No, they have not downed tools. There are some who are probably playing within themselves, who need more confidence.
But this team is playing at about it’s level. It was one of the worst in the league over 38 games last season before we lost our best player and didn’t replace him.
A different manager might get a little more than 8 defeats and 0 wins in the last 10, but the position is not bad luck or lack of effort, it is lack or quality.
