Makes me wonder why Valuev doesn't work out a bit more. Looking at his physique its like they have just plucked some giant dude from a pub somewhere. At least Haye looks like an athlete.

Muscles don't win fights on their own.

I'm in decent shape to be fair.
Not like I was when I was in my 20's, but getting back towards the same weight. I've lost more than 2 stone since being on this forum.
