New member here. I've been reading this forum for a while now and decided to finally join. I've just learned that this is called a 'lurker', every day is a school day as they say.
I live just outside of Edinburgh, originally from Glasgow (the blue half ) and have always had an affinity for Everton. Mainly due to big Duncan Ferguson, my favourite player as a youngster.

I've not much time for the Scottish league never watch it, how do you think Patterson will fit in? Has he got enough for the PL?

Thanks for your honesty, we know our league us pretty [Poor language removed], but it's our [Poor language removed] and we love it. I think he'll fit in easily. Obviously, you can never say for 100%, there have been plenty of good players that haven't fit into teams for a variety of reasons. But, I am as sure as I can be that you've signed a young player of real quality. He's fairly tall and he's strong for his age. He has plenty of pace and can deliver quality into the box. He's also not afraid to get stuck in, he can handle himself (a necessary part of the game up here for any player). He can defend well and is flexible in playing both RB and WB roles. As mentioned in the NP thread, the only reason he's not starting every game is that our RB is club captain who has mental numbers, something like 100 assists in 300 games, plus 60-odd goals. It's impossible to drop him. All Rangers supporters have known that NP is far too good to be sitting on the bench.
