You spent some time here at all? I was down in Liverpool for my brother-in-law's stag night. Great city and a great night out.

Correct. Glasgow is a brilliant city. Far better for a night out than Edinburgh.

My son recently graduated from Heriot Watt, and is now living, working in Edinburgh.

Me and the wife have visited and stayed over, several times.

Fantastic restaurants and bars, lovely sights, and friendly locals.

After Liverpool and Berlin, my favourite city.

As you allude to, Liverpool now seems to be the stag, hen, do capital!
