Hot fudge, barbecue--especially on brisket, and guacamole (does that count as a sauce? I count it as a food group.)

The funny thing is Hot Sauce is a nickname my friends gave me in college due to one, my red hair, and two, a time when a bunch of us were eating at this Mexican restaurant and I had, by mistake, dipped my chips in some of the hottest salsa they had, and my ears turned about as red as my hair! I like salsa, but mild.

So now we know what 'hotsauce' means... what's the 421? Just a random number?
